WE ARE BACK WITH OUR 3RD ANNUAL QUEER MVMNT FEST FROM JUNE 9th – 15th, 2024! THIS YEAR, WE ARE HIGHLIGHTING CONNECTION, PAST AND PRESENT, TO UPLIFT QUEER LINEAGE AND COMMUNITY. AS PART OF SAN DIEGO/TIJUANA WORLD DESIGN CAPITAL 2024, QUEER MVMNT FEST IS PARTNERING WITH TIJUANA BASED ARTISTS TO AMPLIFY COLLABORATIVE POSSIBILITIES FOR QUEER ARTISTS IN OUR REGION. CELEBRATING, LEARNING FROM, AND GROWING WITH OUR 2SLGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY IS VITAL TO OUR COLLECTIVE (R)EVOLUTION. THE FESTIVAL INCLUDES A WIDE ARRAY OF FREE PERFORMANCES, WORKSHOPS, PANEL DISCUSSIONS AND DANCE FILMS. FEATURING BOTH LOCAL AND VISITING ARTISTS. We are so excited to share our 2024 Queer Mvmnt Fest Film Selections. On Wednesday June 12th at the City Heights Performance Annex we will have a film screening featuring films from across the globe. You can also view all of the films online and cast your vote! Film prize selections will be announced on the last day of the festival – Friday June 14th!
